Sales Manager

Revolution Farms is seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Manager for its retail and wholesale channel who will drive growth and revenue for the company’s key customers. This role reports directly to the Executive Team and works with the customer service manager, production, wholesalers, and retailers. A major objective is to promote sales, the Revolution Farms brand, and achieve target distribution and volume goals. The Sales Manager’s main job requirements include: the management of all sales opportunities to increase product distribution. This individual will maintain frequent contact with current and prospective key accounts, working with production to ensure product availability. 


  •  Increase revenue, profit, and market share by identifying strategic and long-term growth and profit opportunities for key accounts
  • Performs assigned administrative tasks, but not limited to expense reports, monthly work calendar, establishing distribution targets, evaluating discount programs, and ongoing reporting to the executive team
  • Grow and develop strong relationships between major key accounts and Revolution Farms
  • Generate new sales leads and maintain key customer relationships throughout the retail and wholesale channel to increase Revolution Farms’ brand visibility and drive new placements
  • Partner with the marketing team to create and execute consumer facing marketing plans 
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales materials for account presentations
  • Understand and interpret syndicated data (Neilson and IRI) and incorporate that information into sales pitches and presentations to secure business and favorable margins with key accounts
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food industry
  • Must have previous experience calling on national and regional retailers, and distributors
  • Knowledge of key contacts in the retail industry
  • Experience in cold calling, networking, and lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close new business
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of syndicated data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sales Representative

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and service-oriented sales representative to join our team and help grow our business. In this role, you will work directly with prospects and customers to educate buyers on Revolution Farms products, provide customer service, establish beneficial relationships, and meet sales goals.


  • Manage current customer base through frequent communications and excellent service
  • Target prospects and conduct cold calls to continuously grow the customer base
  • Coordinate and deliver presentations to prospective customers
  • Identify and leverage various opportunities for business development
  • Attend various sales meetings and customer appointments
  • Promote and assist with various sales and promotional efforts
  • Conduct weekly store visits to meet with buyers and merchandisers.
  • Provide weekly in-store merchandising support and assist with execution of in-store promotions
  • Work to meet all established sales targets
  • Provide customer-related insights and data to relevant teams and staff members


  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably dealing with produce specifically
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
