our mission

Our mission is ambitious and broad-reaching, but with a very specific goal: helping people help themselves.

"Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime." - Chinese Proverb

By helping people help themselves, it will help end hunger in the United States, and further develop the means assist other countries in need. As one of the wealthiest nations, it is our international duty to set an example of self-sufficiency and deal with our problems before policing the problems of other nations. There is absolutely no excuse for hunger problems in the U.S.

At our core we are people who love sustainable living habits, and believe a large part of changing our world for the better has to do with changing our habits. A large part of why our nation is suffering today is because of the lack of education in the department of sustainability. We aim to change that by visiting schools and sharing our knowledge with the youth.

We believe that individuals CAN change the world, and that it all starts with a shared vision. As the Proverb says, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." That is why Revolution Farms supports and volunteers for "Movers & Shakers" organizations like Hearts & Minds, Habitat for Humanity, and others who share our common vision.

Real nutritional value through real foods makes for truly healthy diets. In nearly all cases when anything is mass produced, especially foods, control over quality decreases substantially. One of our greatest benefits is increasing (restoring) the nutritional value in all produce, while retaining a sustainable, high-yield, year-round harvest.
